Here at WideWorld we felt slightly uninspired by magazines – both on the web and in print – devoted to individual adventure sports. Sure, there were publications about mountain biking, dealing with the minutiae of slacker head tube angles. There were those devoted to sailing, outlining the specific differences between a Jeanneau Sun Fast 3200 and a Marten 67. But there was nothing for people who just loved the great outdoors.
That’s why we launched WideWorld, an online magazine devoted to all things outside.
WideWorld aims to inform and most of all inspire you to get out and about. You'll find tales of adventure and exploration, tips on finding the best camping spots, videos of adventure sports and advice on how to take up sea kayaking.
